Welcome to The Flawless Club. By using our website, placing an order, or purchasing a custom product, you agree to the following terms.
ORDERS & PAYMENTS
All orders must be paid according to the payment terms shown at checkout or agreed upon for custom projects. Prices may vary depending on materials, stone selection, size, design complexity, and customization.
ORDERS & PAYMENTS
Custom grillz and jewelry are made specifically for each customer. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving design details, materials, sizing, and other specifications before production begins. Once a custom order enters production, changes may result in additional charges or may no longer be possible.
GRILLZ IMPRESSIONS & FIT
Customers are responsible for providing accurate dental impressions or digital scans when required.
If an impression is unusable, a replacement impression may be required before production can begin.
Because grillz are custom fitted, results depend heavily on the accuracy of the impression or scan provided.
PRODUCTION TIME
Typical production time for custom grillz and jewelry is approximately 3–5 weeks after all required impressions, scans, design approvals, and payments have been received. Production times are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the order.
CANCELLATIONS & FINAL
Because our products are custom-made, custom orders are generally final sale once production has begun. Cancellation requests must be made before production begins. Any design work, materials, deposits, or other costs already incurred may be non-refundable.
SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Once an order ships, tracking information will be provided when available. The Flawless Club is not responsible for carrier delays or incorrect addresses submitted by the customer.
REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE
If your jewelry or grillz require repair, resizing, stone replacement, or other maintenance, contact us for an evaluation. Repair charges may apply depending on the issue and condition of the piece.
PRODUCT APPEARANCE
Because every custom piece is individually crafted, slight variations in stone placement, color, finish, proportions, or appearance may occur. Product photographs and renderings are intended to represent the overall design but may not always be identical to the finished custom piece.
WEBSITE CONTENT
All website content, branding, graphics, photographs, designs, and The Flawless Club name and logo may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.
